Are you curious how millennials fall in love on this age and time?

Janella Salvador and Jameson Blake team up for the first time in the movie So Connected, which showcases a love story set in the modern times. Pinoy movie lovers can catch the film on Cinema one's "Blockbuster Sundays" block on November 25 at 7PM.

So Connected tells the story of Trisha (Janella Salvador), a struggling waitress who buys a cellphone from a black market seller. Karter (Jameson Blake), a love-starved boy who uses a cloud-based media-storing app to spy on his stolen cellphone’s buyer, Trisha, soon becomes enamored by the girl.

Karter proceeds to locate her through the various clues he gathers from the media she unknowingly shares to him. When their paths finally cross, Trisha feels she ridiculously has a lot of things in common with Karter that she somehow believes they are connected as soulmates.

In an interview with Janella during the promotional events of the film, the actress highlighted that the movie is not all "pa-kilig" because it is packed with lessons about life and love.

"I know many movies claim to be different but I really know this movie, it really is something else because it’s real, it’s very unpredictable. It’s not your typical na alam mo na kung ano ang magiging ending or alam mo na kung anong mangyayari. Sobrang totoo at marami kang matututunan talaga. It’s going to warm your heart. You’ll get out of the cinema na mapapaisip ka talaga na, ‘Oo nga noh, possible pala yun!’ Madami kayong ma-le-learn kung paano na ngayon nowadays,” Jaella said.

The actress also shared that she easily connected with his onscreen partner Jameson even it was the first time that they worked together.

"While we were on the set, we really have to give a connection. And the others, even if I didn’t get to work with them I was able to talk with them off camera. Iba din yung connection ko with them. Si Jameson he’s very nice, he’s a gentleman, and kapag makipag-usap ka sa kanya may sense. Hindi yung wala lang. May sense siya kausap talaga so I enjoy talking to him. We can have conversations talaga,” the actress relayed.
